Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Frikadeller - Danish Meatballs: 120 g Onion, 5 g Garlic, 500 g Minced Pork, 8 g All purpose flour, 15 g Oats, 120 ml Milk, 1 pcs (approx. 55 g) Egg, 5 g Salt, 2 g Ground Black Pepper, 28 g Butter. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Shape the mixture containing Minced Pork into even portions; warm a pan over medium heat and add the listed oil if included.
Cook the shaped pieces without crowding the pan for about 30 minutes, turning as needed, until coloured outside and fully hot and cooked within.
For minced meat, confirm that the centre reaches at least 71°C; no raw or pink area should remain.
Divide Frikadeller - Danish Meatballs into 3 equal portions. Add fresh herbs, cheese or delicate greens only at the end and serve straight away.
