Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Beef Asado: 1500 g Beef, 1 pcs (approx. 10 g) Beef Stock Concentrate, 226.8 g Tomato Puree, 720 ml Water, 90 ml Soy Sauce, 15 ml White Wine Vinegar, 12 g Pepper, 4 pcs (approx. 0.8 g) Bay Leaf, 0.5 pcs (approx. 29 g) Lemon, 30 ml Tomato Sauce, 42 g Butter, 120 ml Olive Oil. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Heat a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the listed oil if included and cook Beef in a single layer until it takes on colour.
Add the remaining ingredients in their appropriate cooking order and toss for about 40 minutes. The ingredients should be tender but not falling apart.
Divide Beef Asado into 11 equal portions. Add fresh herbs, cheese or delicate greens only at the end and serve straight away.
