Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Beef Caldereta: 2000 g Beef, 1 pcs (approx. 100 g) Beef Stock, 15 ml Soy Sauce, 480 ml Water, 1 pcs (approx. 119 g) Green Pepper, 1 pcs (approx. 119 g) Red Pepper, 180 g Potatoes, 80 g Carrots, 226.8 g Tomato Puree, 42 g Peanut Butter, 10 g Chilli Powder, 120 g Onion. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Drain and rinse any canned pulses under cold water. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Heat a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the listed oil if included and cook Beef in a single layer until it takes on colour.
Add the remaining ingredients in their appropriate cooking order and toss for about 30 minutes. The ingredients should be tender but not falling apart.
Divide Beef Caldereta into 11 equal portions. Add fresh herbs, cheese or delicate greens only at the end and serve straight away.
