- 600 glean turkey mince
- 1onion, finely diced
- 2carrots, finely diced
- 150 gfrozen peas
- 1 tbsptomato paste
- 400 mllow-salt chicken stock
- 800 gfloury potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 150 gplain Greek yogurt
- 60 mlsemi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbspextra-virgin olive oil
Make it
Method
Put the potatoes in cold salted water, bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain well, then mash with the 150 g yogurt, 60 ml milk and the listed salt and pepper until smooth but not gluey.
Prepare the turkey filling as listed and simmer until it is thick enough to hold a spoon trail. Transfer it to an ovenproof dish.
Spread the mash evenly over the hot filling, roughening the surface with a fork. Bake until the filling bubbles at the edges and the top is lightly golden.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before portioning so the filling sets.
