Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Apple Dip: 800 g Greek Yogurt 2%, 60 g Peanut Butter, 600 g Apple, 4 g Ground Cinnamon. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Drain and rinse any canned pulses under cold water.
Stir the yogurt and peanut butter until completely smooth; scrape the sides of the bowl so no concentrated peanut butter pockets remain.
Mix in the cinnamon evenly. If the dip is very thick, do not add unmeasured liquid; the apple releases enough moisture during eating.
Core the apples and slice them just before serving to limit browning and keep the pieces crisp.
Divide both dip and apple slices into 4 equal snack portions.
Use the finished weight to divide the recipe into 4 equal servings where practical; this keeps the portion size aligned with the nutrition calculation.
