Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Banana Peanut Butter Skyr Oats: 160 g Oats, dry, 720 g Skyr, 320 g Banana, 40 g Peanut Butter, 320 g Milk 1.5%, 4 g Ground Cinnamon. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Drain and rinse any canned pulses under cold water.
Stir the skyr and milk until smooth, then mix in the oats and cinnamon until every flake is moistened.
Slice the banana. Fold half through the oats and reserve the rest for topping; swirl in the measured peanut butter rather than adding unmeasured spoonfuls.
For a softer texture, refrigerate 20–30 minutes; for meal prep, cover and chill overnight. If the mixture becomes too thick, loosen it with a small measured splash of milk.
Divide into 4 equal bowls and add the reserved banana immediately before eating so it keeps its fresh texture.
Use the finished weight to divide the recipe into 4 equal servings where practical; this keeps the portion size aligned with the nutrition calculation.
