Method

  1. Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Banana Peanut Protein Oatmeal: 100 g Oats, 800 g Egg White, 130 g Banana, 24 g Peanut Butter, 200 ml Milk 1.5%. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Drain and rinse any canned pulses under cold water.
