What you need

Ingredients

Measured for 1 servings.

  • 50 grolled oats
  • 180 glow-fat cottage cheese
  • 180 gegg whites
  • 40 gripe banana
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Make it

Method

  1. Blend or grind the oats into flour, then whisk with baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, blend or whisk the cottage cheese, egg whites, banana and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until a thick, spoonable batter forms. Rest for 5 minutes so the oats hydrate.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Cook small pancakes until bubbles form and the edges look set, turn once and cook until the centre is hot and set.
