Method

  1. Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Salmon Lentil Spinach Plate: 540 g Salmon, 400 g Lentils Cooked, 180 g Spinach, 140 g Tomato, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 10 ml Olive Oil. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Drain and rinse any canned pulses under cold water.
