Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese: 2 pcs (approx. 240 g) onions, 15 ml olive oil, 5 g garlic, 500 g lean minced beef, 90 g mushrooms, 5 g dried oregano, 400 g tomatoes, 300 ml hot beef stock, 15 g tomato puree, 15 ml worcestershire sauce, 350 g spaghetti, 20 g parmesan. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Heat a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the listed oil if included and cook lean minced beef in a single layer until it takes on colour.
Add the remaining ingredients in their appropriate cooking order and toss for about 30 minutes. The ingredients should be tender but not falling apart.
For minced meat, confirm that the centre reaches at least 71°C; no raw or pink area should remain.
Divide Spaghetti Bolognese into 7 equal portions. Add fresh herbs, cheese or delicate greens only at the end and serve straight away.
