What you need
Ingredients
Measured for 4 servings.

- 250 gCottage Cheese 2%
- 200 gWhole Grain Bread
- 120 gCucumber
- 20 mlLemon Juice
Make it
Method
Drain the water-packed canned tuna thoroughly, then weigh 300 g of drained fish; unopened can weight includes liquid and would give a smaller portion. Mix the drained tuna with 250 g cottage cheese (2% fat) and the measured 20 ml lemon juice. Wash and thinly slice 120 g cucumber.
Toast the measured 200 g whole-grain bread until crisp, about 3–5 minutes; no oil or butter is included. Keep the tuna-and-cheese mixture refrigerated while the bread toasts, and use clean utensils to handle the ready-to-eat topping.
Divide the bread and topping into four equal portions, about 50 g bread, 75 g drained tuna and 62.5 g cottage cheese each. Add cucumber just before serving so the toast stays crisp. Eat promptly; if prepared in advance, refrigerate the topping separately and consume it within one day.
