- 2green peppers, sliced

- 500 mllow-salt chicken stock

Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for One-pot chicken bulgur pilaf: 600 g skinless chicken breast, diced, 240 g coarse bulgur, rinsed, 1 onion, finely diced, 2 green peppers, sliced, 2 ripe tomatoes, grated, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 500 ml low-salt chicken stock. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Soften the onion and peppers, add the tomato paste, and cook until it darkens slightly.
Stir in the grated tomatoes, bulgur, chicken, and stock; bring to a gentle simmer.
Cover and cook on low until the bulgur is tender, then rest off the heat for ten minutes before fluffing.
