Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Yemeni Lahsa (Elite Shakshuka): 5 pcs (approx. 275 g) Egg, 120 g Onion, 120 g Tomato, 30 ml Olive Oil, 0.5 g Allspice, 0.5 g Black Pepper, 45 g Liquid Cheese. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Heat a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the listed oil if included and cook Egg in a single layer until it takes on colour.
