Method

  1. Cook the potatoes and carrots in lightly salted water until just tender, then drain and cool completely. Hard-boil the eggs, cool them under cold water and peel.

  2. Use cooked, ready-to-eat turkey sausage. Dice the cooled potatoes, carrots, eggs and sausage into even pieces; drain the peas well and finely chop the dill and onion.

  3. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and the listed salt into a dressing. Fold the cold ingredients together gently, then chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
