Method

  1. Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Cottage Cheese and Feta Stuffed Peppers: 4 pcs (approx. 476 g) Red Pepper, 100 g Feta, 200 g Cottage Cheese, 15 g Chives, 4 g Parsley, 1.2 g Salt, 15 ml Lemon Juice. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires.
