Make it
Method
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook the diced onion for 3–4 minutes until soft, without browning.
Add the drained cannellini beans and passata. Simmer gently, uncovered, for 10–12 minutes until the sauce coats the beans.
Fold in the spinach in batches and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until wilted. Turn off the heat, crumble over the feta, then divide into 4 bowls and serve hot.
