Method
Weigh and prepare all ingredients for McSinghs Scotch pie: 4 g Cumin, 15 ml Rapeseed Oil, 240 g Red Onions, 6 pcs (approx. 30 g) Garlic Clove, 45 g Green Chilli, 1 pcs (approx. 119 g) Red Pepper, 2 g Nutmeg, 2 g Coriander, 1000 g Lamb Mince, 2 g Pepper, 12 g Coriander, 340 g Plain Flour. Wash produce and cut or grate it as the recipe requires. Keep raw animal products separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and wash used bowls and knives promptly.
Heat the oven to 200°C. Lightly oil an ovenproof dish and arrange Cumin with the remaining ingredients in an even layer.
Bake on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. The centre should be hot and the top lightly coloured; rest filled dishes for 5 minutes before cutting.
Divide McSinghs Scotch pie into 7 equal portions. Add fresh herbs, cheese or delicate greens only at the end and serve straight away.
