Method

  1. Weigh and prepare all ingredients for Halloumi Couscous Mediterranean Bowl: 320 g Halloumi, 600 g Couscous, cooked, 320 g Chickpeas, cooked drained, 220 g Cucumber, 240 g Tomato, 160 g Spinach, 45 g Lemon Juice, 10 g Olive Oil.
